Description: Jeff Welch will deliver a session on Think’s Rapid Control Process (RCP), a simple way to frame either the early activities in a new project or the first activities you must address in a project rescue.  The RCP is light on process but heavy on methodology. It has all of the necessary elements of project initiation found in PMBOK, but sets-up a framework that can be used to launch into any size project.  The RCP is one of the easiest “cheats” that you can use to go from good to great as a project manager.  Learn to take control.
