Location: 2700 Turf Valley Road, Ellicott City, MD
Description: Project Managers measure our success as an industry against the Triple Constraint Model.  If the model is limited or even busted, is it any surprise that industry success is low?  By realigning the Triple Constraint Model’s use within a project, the role of the Sponsor, and the job of the Project Manager to think both tactically and strategically, the model can be used to achieve previously unattainable success.  It’s not easy, but it can be done, and we’ll show you how we do this at Think.

It has all of the necessary elements of project initiation found in PMBOK, but sets-up a framework that can be used to launch into any size project.  The RCP is one of the easiest “cheats” that you can use to go from good to great as a project manager.  Learn to take control.
