Think Expands Executive Advisory Practice
Former CIO Dale Matthews Brings Over 20 Years of Expertise
December 14, 2018 – Baltimore, MD – Think, a leading Baltimore-based corporate solutions provider, is thrilled to announce the addition of Dale Matthews to their growing Executive Advisory practice.
Dale brings over 20 years of successful leadership experience in both the public and private sector, including Fortune 50 companies. He served as Chief Information Officer for the State of Delaware Judiciary, managing organizational changes and overseeing the development and mentorship of the staff. In addition to his leadership role as a CIO, Dale is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and has overseen operations and project management for the University of the District of Columbia and as Director of Operations for Laureate Online Education.
His unique combination of professional experience and exposure to different organizations and industries allows him to skillfully architect, negotiate, and implement meaningful solutions for a wide range of corporate cultures and industries.
“I met Dale while he was working with the Judiciary Department for the State of Delaware,” said Think President Tony Gruebl. “I was struck by how his clients appreciated and flourished under his guidance. He has a remarkable understanding of the gap between IT and Operations.”
Dale sees his role with Think as one where he can utilize his organizational expertise to help clients restructure, allowing them to attain goals that may have eluded them in the past.
“Working for Think provides me the chance to use my hands-on approach and ability to improve an organization’s effectiveness,” adds Dale. “I enjoy working with all companies regardless of their current state, and I find it very satisfying to help them realize tangible, lasting results.”
Think’s Executive Advisory team performs the same functions as a full-time C-suite employee at a fraction of the cost while offering experience and insight pulled from leadership roles in some of the nation’s most well-respected companies.
