I think everybody has this idea that they’re going to come in to the new year and it’s this fresh start. But as we all know things get pushed down and it’s pretty crazy at the beginning of the year.  So you had all the intentions of kicking off your projects right when the year starts and before you know it’s the end of quarter one and you haven’t started anything or you don’t have the resources that  you need in order to execute those projects
